Santa & South Seas Island Resort
We went to Captiva Island this year to visit with the big guy and enjoy their holiday stroll! It was super fun and not busy at all. They had snow, crafts, a movie, s'mores and yummy drinks and snacks. It was definitely worth the drive to Captiva!

Mistletoe Magic
We were back at South Fort Myers High for a dance recital this holiday season!! It was so good to be back to "normal" and see Ava on the big stage again. She did a tap, jazz and ballet performance :)

This big girl turned 5 this month! We think she is growing up a bit - she doesn't eat near as many toys as she used to. But, any food is fair game :)
Both and Matt and Ava had sleepovers with their BFFs this month (I'm so jelly)! Matt's long time friend from MA came to visit and Ava's friend from school/dance came over. We had a fun boat day!
Ava has been working really hard at dance/tumble and has almost mastered her back handspring! She has been putting in a lot of practice time and we are so proud of her.
To kick off the Thanksgiving holiday we had a Gratitude Run at school. It was a busy week for us - Matt and the pups went to IN for opening weekend of deer hunting. After the week at school, Ava and I flew up to join them. We had the best time at the Children's Museum, Grandma and Papa's house, Aunt Sara's house and the Moose! Matt and I even snuck in a day date :)
We left IN on Friday AM and stopped by my BFF's house to meet her sweet baby girl. Next, it was off to TN to see Rylee and fam!

Fall Catch-Up!
It's been awhile since I posted! We have had a busy school year - Ava has dance every night and often on the weekends and I have taken on more photography clients this Fall. All great things, just busy :) Here are some pictures of life lately.....4th grade, sleepover fun with friends, boat days, the pups, a date night and Halloween!
